As an experienced flight test engineer, I have a broad range of time in both testing and operations with numerous flight and ground hours. Over 12 years has given me a wide understanding in different aircraft systems, processes and ways to test, and leadership methods to get the job done efficiently and safely. Currently as a brewpub business owner and director of operations, I have a breadth of hospitality experience, managing a team of 35. I am responsible for most aspects of the business, from finances, human resources, legal and more. We were able to obtain profitability within our first year and make it out on the other side of the pandemic in a position to achieve success again quickly. Under my leadership, our team has achieved success, continually expanding operations and opening new revenue streams. Both forms of experience have provided for a wide spectrum of project management experience, allowing for success with many different goals and requirements.Outside of work, I stay busy with getting outside with hiking and camping, and traveling where time allows.
