In this position, I work for the Zero Waste Program. I assist and handle various tasks, including:Developing graphics for social media, city use, and the public regarding new legislation.Providing internal and external outreach to different city departments, businesses, and residents including workplace guides, digital newsletter, website, and news outlets.Developing and managing a community volunteer program to promote sustainable living. Hosting booths at events as a resource to the community.Working with annual reporting, draft ordinances, and budgeting summaries.Performing a variety of miscellaneous tasks supporting departmental and/or divisional operations.

After starting working at Clay n' Latte as a young teenager, I enthusiastically learned the ins and outs of the company before working my way up to the management position. My biggest accomplishment through this job was designing the company's entire website from scratch. This job was heavily marketing-based and included social media management, photography, videography, email marketing, and other misc communications. By using various marketing tactics, the enrollment rate for summer youth camps rose by 50% the first year I managed summer camp. This role also increases my comfortability around event coordination and customer service, as I would manage the store alone serving up to 48 customers at once and coordinate events consisting of customers of all ages.
