Responsible for the safe and efficient operations of 14 minor and major terminals located on Southern Vancouver Island and the Southern Gulf Islands. In the position of Regional Manager now directly responsible to lead a team of Terminal Managers who over see the operations and staffing of the terminals within our portfolio. Also responsible for community and stakeholder relations and engagement, supporting company initiatives and safety programs, assisting in development and reviewing complex route schedules, leading collaboration and team work with other departments and having direct financial management and oversight.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operations of a major ferry terminal with BC Ferries. Swartz Bay Terminal has five operational ferry berths and can see upwards of 30 ferry departures a day. Servicing four different routes through the terminal with seven ro-ro ferries, the terminal can help connect up to 25,000 passengers a day with the people and places that are important in their lives.
