•Enhance the total student-athlete experience by promoting opportunity, protecting student-athlete welfare, and fostering a positive student athlete image. •Help carry out events that support initiatives important to student-athletes including diversity and inclusion, community service, and engaging with other campus partners on service-learning projects•Coordinate all community service within athletic teams and help facilitate on and off campus events.•Organized a fall formal in 2022 for student athletes to come together and form community.

• Attended virtual visits with the Prisma Health Children’s Hospital. • Organized a toy drive for Christmas (2022) for the children’s hospital, over 250 toys were collected. • Assisted in assembling 2,000 bike helmets for a personal safety and stress management program through Prisma Health for Title I schools in Greenville County.

•Rotated between four different dental offices of the Family Dental Health practice to observe six different dentists within a variety of specialties including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, and orthodontics. •Learned how private practice dentistry works compared to corporate dental offices that are owned and managed by a dental support organization (DSO). •Observed digital dentistry where intraoral scanners are used to make digital impressions of a patient’s mouth as opposed to manual impressions.•Observed lab specialists make partials, bridges and crowns fitted to a patient from the digital impressions.

•Partnered with Pride Link to develop sources of reliable information regarding the COVID-19, TDaP, HPV, and influenza vaccines. •Helped create brochures, social media content and other handouts that contained basic vaccine information, vaccine eligibility, availability, and common misconceptions. •Implemented communication strategies to inform individual decisions that enhance health.
