Most of my past jobs have been focused on customer service where I learned a wide range of skill sets, most notably how to be a good verbal communicator under the pressure of customers or clients. My most recent job and internship allowed me to further my people skills, while also allowing me to experience the world of social media through a business lens. Through my internship, I helped run 10 different social media accounts for Classic Country KXA, Everett's Greatest Hits KRKO Radio, and the Everett Post under the umbrella company North Sound Media based in Everett, Washington. This is where I enhanced my written communication, as it was pertinent to the job that I was able to write clearly and concisely. I enhanced KRKO's foot traffic on their Twitter page by scheduling weakly "Today in music history" posts. I also got the opportunity to utilize my digital art skills for posts such as the Weather Minute Podcast or upcoming events which can be seen on a variety of their social media accounts.
