I am a founding member and former Vice President of UC's Women in Entrepreneurship (WiE) club. In this organization, we focused on educating fem-identifying students at UC on all of the different facets of entrepreneurship. We hosted workshops, panels, and round-table discussions on a multitude of entrepreneurial topics. In our first year, we welcomed around 40 students from over 15 different majors. I was responsible for MCing our bi-weekly meetings, leading activities, and facilitating guest speaker discussions. I put together a round table discussion with a UC alum who founded a now publicly traded company. This event had nearly 30 attendees and even welcomed the Dean of the Lindner College of Business. In my former role as a Partner, I was responsible for leading the founder questioning period and presenting our investment rationale to fund investors (LPs). I was also responsible for leading a team of 6 students in the sourcing of prospective startups and the due diligence process to assess their viability and fund fit.As Director of Marketing, I was responsible for operating all of the organization's social media platforms, redeveloping the website, and creating promotional content.

I was the operations Intern for Spirit Consulting where I conducted due diligence to source viable candidates based on our client's needs. I helped coordinate connections with clients and facilitated meetings with potential candidates. I also assisted in the sourcing of market data and presented it in a comprehensible manner to my team.

I was a member of UC's Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC) team and participated in the annual competition in Chicago. My responsibilities included deciding on a reasonable investment, business valuation, and dry powder amount. I was also tasked with assessing the startup's exit potential, leading the founder questioning period, and presenting the terms of our term sheet during our simulations.

I began working with Cutco as a Sales Representative. In my first 6 months I sold about $30,000 worth of products via one-on-one virtual sales calls. The company did not provide leads so I sourced my clients from my own personal network as well as through referrals. After my success as a sales representative I began working as a Sales Manager.
