I possess a Masters of Professional Kinesiology from the University of Toronto as well as an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Brock University! I love to move as I have an extensive background in dance as I danced from the time I was two (2)years old to about eighteen (18) years old - I love to learn but I love to teach it even more! I also love to connect with people through whatever means and the best way to do that in this current day and age would be through Social Media! I love both aspects of social media: creating and managing and I have aspirations of creating my own Social Media Managing company that would specialize in all things fitness!
