Recruitment tasks (80%):• Collaborate within the recruitment team to execute the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to candidates and clients: - Analyze and clarify job requirements. - Source potential candidates from suitable platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Behance, GitHub, etc., and brief them about available opportunities. - Engage with candidates at all levels, technology skills, domains, and workplace locations. - Screen and connect candidates with appropriate roles, introducing the most suitable candidates to clients. - Manage the interview process; Negotiate offer details (salary, bonus, benefits, responsibilities, etc.) with clients and candidates accurately and promptly. - Regularly care for and support candidates before and after onboarding, and address any issues that arise between clients and candidates• Build and maintain talent resources.• Guidance and training for new team members.Account Manager tasks (20%):• Meet with clients, gather information to clearly understand them, and accurately identify requirements for recruitment positions.• Work closely with clients to update their current and future recruitment needs.• Build friendly, trusting relationships with clients.
