Recent engagements:CPA - Solution Architect on the replatforming of their web presence onto Sitecore, including working with CPA to design high end virtualised hosting approach to meet aggressive availability targets, establishing a Sitecore platform approach for hosting multiple web sites now and in the future and managing technical delivery of the team. Worked with CPA and other vendors to establish new integration approaches for single sign-on between a number of different applications. Managing project delivery based on the time-box iteration approach used by agile Scrum methdology, and also incorporating daily stand-ups and burn-down tracking from that approach.* Consulting to Open Text on the standardisation of multiple product websites built using Red Dot CMS onto a standard technology stack based around ASP.NET 3.5 (C#). Solution architecture for the sharing of ASP.NET code base and internally developed enterprise middleware systems between multiple sites and integration with Eloqua CRM system including development of proof of concept to validate integration approach. Supported a peak load of two search requests per second.- Rebuild of main Teletext Holidays package holiday search system based on the re-architected flights system, including diagnosing and fixing threading issues in underlying MS asynchronous application blocks causing bottlenecks.- Load/Performance testing of all key online transactional systems with QA load, analysing results and reporting on remedial actions required.
