Senior Program Manager, Professional Services Operations
Current- Responsible for the overall delivery of an accounts administration platform delivered in the cloud that enables the most effective administration of HSAs, HRAs, FSAs, Parking and Transit and Medicare Advantage- Responsible for preliminary interviews for new hires and creating onboarding agendas, making the new hire feel welcome- Create Statements of Work for new business, added product features to full project life cycle engagements- Drive revenue opportunities for new and existing accounts- As the Delivery Lead, serve as the main driver of the client relationship and project communication to ensure client success and satisfaction- Act as a mentor to Program and Project Managers/Coordinators and Business Analysts, to ensure successful engagements and continued professional growth- Present to, and communicate with, C level executives throughout the software delivery process- Responsible for managing on-time, on-budget projects utilizing consistent, well-defined, scope management and risk mitigation strategies - Drive process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Solutions Design Consultants and Business Analysts- Participate in process and training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with various internal project teams
