- Commisioning and optimizing of barite grinding plant that includes LM9 model vertical roller mill and ball mill.- Commisioning of barge loading and unloading systems.- Commisioning and optimizing of quality control laboratory for barite and fly ash separation processes.

- To follow up all production-maintenance-investment operations related to the Operations Directorate/Group Facilities Directorate. - To follow the e-flow purchasing processes, to perform the tasks given by the supervisor, to make group-wide daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports, to create and follow the daily-weekly-monthly-yearly production plans with plant managers.- To monitor and report the Facilities performance tracking system.- Creating budgets and general evaluation reports with the facilities, providing technical opinion and support as part of the Investments team, providing technical support on R&D issues.- Commisioning of barite grinding plant that includes LM9 model vertical roller mill and ball Mill at Isparta/Turkey- Commisioning of a column flotation plant at Isparta/Turkey

- Reviewing and reporting mineral processing, identifying problematic areas that required improvement.- Preparation of standard operation procedures for crushing and screening plant, replace the documents that require revision.- Commisioning of crushing and screening plant that includes FlSmidth Traylor Single Toggle 1900 model jaw crusher, FLSmidth Raptor XL1300 model cone crusher, FLSmidth HPGR F3200–W, FLSmidth BRU model secondary and tertiary screens and the conveyor belts.- Optimizing the production of crushing and screening and agglomeration processes regards to standard operation procedures and occupational health and safety regulations.- Preperation of performance analysis of crushing and screening process- Preperation of production and downtime reports.- Educating the operators in terms of occupational safety and health regulations
