- Design of manufacturing equipment; conveyance, lift assists, jig, fixtures, trolleys, etc.- Develop equipment specifications and requirements based on product constraints- Develop RFQs- Provide 3D design solutions and guidance- Conduct equipment design reviews and provide design guidance to vendors. o Manage equipment suppliers through all phases of projects.- Coordination with other process, mechanical, electrical and support disciplines including project managers, manufacturing reps, and other stakeholders.- Interface with external Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms during bid and project execution phases as needed to ensure that designs and specifications meet Tesla Engineering Standards- Participate in on-field construction and commissioning activities by serving as the point of contact for technical questions and real-time issue resolution.- Interface with customers, suppliers, and functional owners to coordinate project activities and remediate project issues.- Draft qualification protocols and manage equipment qualification activities.- Provide equipment validation documentation

• Conducting logistic support analyses within the scope of S3000L & DEF STAN 00-60 military specifications. • Determining the periodical maintenance tasks and accordingly designing the required STTE (Special tool and test equipment). • Being project lead on two different international products between sub-departments under ILS department.• Coordinating and organizing all internal and external trainings for the related projects with product support department. • Preparing and presenting new ILS studies proposals for new potential project contracts. • Leading design, production & delivery of special training equipment,

• Implementation of new production lines, to satisfy the needs of a new projects or product, capacity increase, quality improvement or agronomic & safety improvement. • Statistical evaluation of internal & external metrics, root cause analysis and elimination of quality issues of all scales, using 6 sigma methodology.• Forwarding lessons learned from previous quality issues to the new projects and other powertrain & vehicle assembly plants within Ford Global Plants.• Management of 170 operators working under 2 team leaders and 4 engineering technicians.• Modelling and creating new fixture and apparatus designs and manage the manufacturing and implementation process of these with the subcontractors. • Evaluation of engineering approvals for new engineering releases upon the product and upcoming projects.
