I drove a multi-year marketing and product roadmap to expand Amazon's marketing capabilities and launch Prime in new European countries. Recently, I coordinated the launch of marketing channels and Prime for the Amazon Belgium (Amazon.be) store that opened in Oct'22, and succeeded to exceed our new customer acquisition goals within six months since store launch. I've led our marketing efforts across 16 European export destinations (countries where Amazon doesn't have a dedicated store), managing workstreams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention, leveraging Amazon's state of the art marketing technology and growth levers.Additionally, I've recently led Prime's pricing strategy and reviews for some European emerging marketplaces and coordinated the recent changes.

I helped launch Amazon.com.tr by developing the launch strategy and coordinating initial Selection ramp. I managed P&L for Mobile, Electronics and Office Products categories (70% Turkey Year1 Retail GMS, 120% vs. goal), developed strategic partnerships and led negotiation efforts with top consumer electronics vendors, enabling the team to sign 200+ partners for launch. I also led retail selection expansion (+22% vs. Year1 goal) via establishing processes for vendor onboarding, selection addition and instock.

Jolly is the leading tourism, leisure, and events company in Turkey, in Goldman Sachs Direct Private Investing portfolio since 2016.Recruited by Goldman Sachs to join the management team and run an end-to-end digital transformation program, I led corporate strategy, business development, brand marketing, digital marketing, technology strategy and the program management office. I built and revitalized Jolly’s digital roadmap and online customer proposition. We increased online sales (+120% YoY), online revenue share (+3% YoY) through User Experience enhancements and rebuilding the technology covering all customer touchpoints, a new CRM and data analytics infrastructure. As Interim Chief Marketing Officer, I elevated brand awareness (+14% YoY) through integrated marketing communications campaign and rationalizing digital marketing investments.

I founded Hepsiburada's digital payments subsidiary Hepsipay as an entrepreneur in residence: built 25 people team, led product strategy and development, product marketing, PR and regulatory affairs: received license from Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency to operate as a payments and electronic money institution. I also prepared brand marketing and go-to-market strategy, developed sales channels and partnerships, led negotiations and explored collaboration opportunities with commercial banks.
