CurrentMain Function:Budget and Reporting Manager manages the planning and reporting processes of the group companies.Determines budget targets, monitors and reports budget implementation procedures along with all group companies. Additionally, it develops and implements strategies to increase the efficiency of budget processes.Authority and ResponsibilitiesDevelops and supports the implementation of budget models for all financial reporting and annual budget studies of the company.Making sure that the company's budget is developed in collaboration with the appropriate departments by consolidating the annual budget proposals provided by the departments. Supervises and manages the budget submission processes. Contribution to the advancement of budget management protocols. Performing analysis and reporting of budget deviations.The role of the Budget and Reporting Manager also includes; Tracking control of the budgeted and actual reports, Ensuring the accuracy and control of transaction records, Performing analyses on a monthly basis, investigating and solving the reasons behind the deviations, Performing control and reporting the departmental budgets regularly. Analyses expenses and oversees outflow management in line with the budget, Compiles regular reports strategic financial plans and delivers them to upper management, Conducts financial audit in relation with costs and ensurs the properly channelled to the cost centres on a regular basis, Oversees the cost centre, internal order, and primary accounts, Runs effectiveness reports of all group companies. Supervises the creation of monthly reports on activities. B & R Manager is also responsible for individual profitability and cost effectiveness of the business channels as well as the category related success monitoring. The responsibility of B&R Manager also includes consolidating monthly activity and other reports from the facilities and presenting them to the Board of Directors.
