Responsible of smooth and robust information transfer between site and project controls teams. Responsible of overall review and management of area based programme updates. Monitoring and managing the design deliverables, so that construction work front is always available. Tracking critical project milestones. Coordinating interface schedules with other subcontractors. ● Planning Engineer Duties-Attending arbitration meetings with the Delay Expert for further delay analysis of the completed project. -Creating the monthly updates of the baseline schedule reporting to the client.-Preparation of the delay analysis for EOT claims.-Preparation of the revised baseline schedules after the EOT is awarded.-Preparation of specific detailed schedules such as “Roof Works –Coordination Schedule”, “Finishing Works Schedule” and “Testing and Commissioning” schedule.-Modifying updated schedules by using crashing and fast tracking techniques. -Reviewing and approving the Subcontractor schedules and integrating into Main Contractor’s schedule. -Preparing the progress evaluation and variation letters and issuing them to the Subcontractors.- Attending Weekly Progress Meetings with Client.-Carrying out Weekly Progress Meetings with the Subcontractors and reporting to the PM.● Cost Control Engineer Duties-Attending arbitration meetings with appointed Quantum Expert for further analysis of the submitted EOT Cost claims. -Monitoring overall performance of the project by using EVM technique.-Submitting Monthly Budget Reports to the head office.- Preparing the Estimated Costs for annual financial audits.-Preparing and Updating Budget Database-Reviewing the Subcontractor Payment Certificates and managing Subcontractors.-Reviewing Interim Payment Applications and getting approval from the Consultant.-Preparing Variation Requests and finalizing the Variation Orders.
