In this role, i was a DEA-credentialed Federal Investigator with the responsibility of enforcing the Controlled Substance Act and Code of Federal Regulations. I conducted hundreds of federal investigations and on-site regulatory compliance inspections of DEA Registrants (entities authorized to dispense or administer controlled substances). I was the primary case agent on many investigations that led to criminal arrests, civil penalties, and revocation/surrender of DEA registrations. As an Investigator, I seized pharmaceutical drugs such as Fentanyl, Oxycodone, and many other dangerous opioids/drugs of abuse directly from medical professionals who misused them. I have significant training and experience from professional regulatory entities such as Medical, Nursing, Dentistry, Veterinarian, and Pharmacy Licensing Boards. I have testified on behalf of the DEA. In this position, I held and maintained one of the highest Top Secret Security clearances issued to Federal Employees. During my last year at DEA, I was the Acting Group Supervisor and successfully led a team of DEA Investigators.

I provided full-scale legal support to Assistant United States Attorneys in criminal and civil prosecutions/investigations for drug related violations of United States Code (Title 21 USC) and Code of Federal Regulations (Title 21 CFR).
