Define and drive making & packing technologies to be invested.Execute project planning and coordination in close cross functional collaboration with relevant functions, optimize CAPEX investments, support factories in terms of innovation, capacity, sourcing,rejuvenation, compliance, cost saving, process &quality improvement and business development.Identify, assess and qualify new equipment suppliers and equipment.Follow-up machine database, equipment standardization, surplus equipment pool.

Responsible for managing assigned Capex projects (including NPD projects) by fulfilling definition, introducing, planning and implementation phase requirements together with proper communication of all related parties. Also responsible for compliance of projects with technical standards and CAPEX management policies and procedures. Take role in introducing new technology to related parties in the factory to establish a competitive quality and cost level.Responsible for supporting of engineering technical staff, production and QC equipment modifications and improvement to ensure that product quality always meets or exceeds customer expectations at optimum cost, while complying with company standards.Gathers financial information of the investment projects, evaluate and maintain proper data availability on project progress. Prepare specs/scope of works where needed for BAP purposes or project developments. Create BAP documents in the intranet system.Manages outside engineering services, contractors and equipment vendors to implement project within budget and schedule in accordance with JTI standards of quality and EHS measures.Adapts and applys Global Engineering, factory and regional initiatives and best practices to improve factories performance.
