Assist vendors in selling property by establishing asking price, advertising the property, listing the property with listing services and conducting open houses for prospective buyers; Assist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting, inspecting and making offers of purchase on real estate properties; Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters; Draw up sales agreements for approval of purchaser and seller; Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients; Specialize in residential real estate sales.

Interview clients to obtain employment history, educational background and career goals; identify barriers to employment and assist client with such matters as job readiness skills, job search strategies, writing resumes and preparing for job interview; assess need for assistance such as financial aid (such as OW) or further training (such as second career program) and refer clients to the appropriate services; Collect labour market information for clients regarding job openings, entry and skills requirements and other occupational information.

Counsel international students regarding educational issues such as courses and program selection, time tables and scheduling, attendance problems and study skills; counsel international students regarding career or vocational issues including career exploration and planning; co ordinate co-op with TDSB or YRDSB or private schools to find right place suited for international students; assist international students regarding home stays and custodian matters; assist international students to extend study permits and other legally study issues; arrange summer camp for international students.
