Coordinating, booking and closing surgeries for a renowned leader of facial plastic surgery in Raleigh. Strong sales position, providing quotes to patients and marketing our practice to patients seeking facial plastic surgery; preparing patients for surgery from first office visit until completion of surgery; creating close relationships with patients from consultation until surgery and after; answering detailed questions regarding surgery and understanding the ins and outs of each surgery performed by lead surgeon; maintaining thorough understanding the practice’s financial needs and scheduling surgeries around those needs when possible; meeting weekly financial goals for the practice; $50,000+ per week of surgeries booked for practice; following up with patients to make payments/set up financial arrangements/make deposits to practice.
