During my studies at the Cooperative State University in Mannheim, I worked fulltime at Atos. While collecting professional experience in the IT Service Provider business, I connected the theoretical knowledge gained in university to 'real-life' problems, businesses face today.During my versatile assignments at Atos I gained experience in different departments:The first year I supported the marketing department. I contributed in the preparation of sales materials and events, while learning about the basic needs businesses face today and especially which can be how addressed.The second year was split into Project Management and Service Desk Management. In the project management I supported the project manager on the project documentation. During my work in the Service Desk Management team at Atos in Dublin, I learned and applied in depth ITIL processes, especially those regarding Help or Service Desks, while supporting the second and third level technicians in their daily tasks.The final year I contributed in two IT and Business Consulting projects, consulting on the software development process and a Compliance project. During my work I could not only significantly contribute to the solution offered to the clients, but could also conduct research on the GRC topic. The research was focused on the Risk Management in IT Outsourcing Projects for Banks (Bachelor Thesis).

At GHW I worked during my High School, whenever I was free. After starting with 14 years in the basic customer service, such as greeting the clients, preparing them for the High Rope Courses, I build up my first work experience. Next to the daily clients that came to climb for a few hours, we also welcomed businesses for team building activities. I learned very much about how teams work together and how to enhance collaboration, since I was also trusted conducting these team workshops.
