I am very passionate about education and have a variety of roles as an EFL teacher, teacher trainer, manager, and educational consultant. I am fascinated by the art of storytelling, learning motivation, and inspirational leadership. By night, I immerse myself in world cinema classics (especially sci-fi) and rock out to timeless tunes.I am an entrepreneur and one of the founders of UKLA ACADEMY, a leading language school in Southern Marmara. We are renowned for our commitment to excellence, offering an extensive range of courses, tailored corporate language solutions, and a dedicated team of top-notch teachers. Our focus on building strong partnerships and delivering top-notch educational experiences sets us apart as one of the best language schools nationally.With almost two decades of teaching experience, I have worked with learners of all ages, from young learners to professionals, focusing on engaging learners, promoting autonomy, and fostering motivation. One of my achievements is a gamified program for young learners, featured in our UKLA Notebook (patent pending) and the Super Shield Community.Currently, I oversee the academic programs and CPD program at UKLA. I also provide teacher training and mentor education managers on a freelance basis. I have been working on promoting inclusivity in education, including designing a program as part of an EU project to support displaced students in Europe.
