Legal & Compliance Manager: Specifically assigned as the founder of Legal & Compliance Department within the company who is responsible from all the legal and compliance related matters including establishment of a new department by preparing company internal rules, standard contracts and legal documents, by providing compliance trainings and conducting internal audits within the company to increase the legal and compliance awareness of the employees. Apart from day-to-day legal consultancy, litigation monitoring, contract law services; also supporting other departments in the light of intellectual property (IP) rights, personal data protection (GDPR & KVKK), export control and environment law perspective. Currently managing one internal lawyer and three external counsels under the Legal & Compliance Department.

Attorney at Law: Mainly responsible for providing legal consultancy services to fifteen affiliates of Kale Group including preparation of legal memorandums for different kinds of sectors, drafting, revising and negotiating of numerous types of contract such as sales contracts, service contracts, NDA's, contracts within the scope of public procurement projects in Turkey, joint ventures, cooperation agreements, negotiations and completion of local and international investment projects etc. Specifically responsible for all the legal perspective of the defense projects of Kale’s technical subgroup.
