After i graduated from highschool, i decided to go to abroad to get to know different cultures, develop my skillsets, meet with new people and extend my network. Due to this goal i moved to Vienna and there i found the opportunity to work with people for three years who are coming from different countries and cultures. During this period i visited some other european countries thus i observed their successful jobs and their deficiencies. By the help of this experience i gained a lot of empathy skills too. To detect right problems and solve them with creativity, i started to develop some ideas and projects. When i returned to the Turkey, as a person who believes in the power of team work and discipline, i combined my leadership skills and my experiences and i developed my own projects. As a result of that; i received an offer that gives me the chance to be the head of project commision of student representative board at Hacettepe University and i accepted it.During my bachelor studies, i improved my skills of project development and leading, problem solving, crisis management and the ability of thinking in a long-term. Besides that i worked on robotic and software and did some researches on quantum computers, nanotech and HVAC.After i graduated from Hacettepe University, i experienced some enterprises. By the help of these experiences, i developed new skills such as; cost calculation and meeting with investors and clients.After my entrepreneurship experience, I took part in various software projects as a freelancer for a while. Later on, I started working at the California-based 4D Sight company. I started to take part in providing the necessary data for Computer Vison methods and determining the jobs suitable for the algorithm. Later, as DataOps Team Lead, I was responsible for team management, development of internal applications (product management), internal automations and coordination with other departments.
