Ten plus years working as a Paralegal, helping companies save time and costs while improving workflow and processes. In my career, I have been named a Top Performer for the 1st quarter of 2021 in my department, and I assisted in exceeding the financial yearly goal in 2020 by 26%!I have succeeded in my prior positions by building my cases in pre-suit to ensure all materials are obtained to strengthen the cases. Then by managing and tracking cases from pre-suit to post-trial through client-based programs and reports, built trusting relationships with clients and outside counsels and utilized former work relationships and knowledge to create better client outcomes. Additional skills that led to this success included heavy scheduling to ensure all events occurred on time, 5-star client rating through white-glove service, completed background checks, utilized reports and spreadsheets through client based management software, obtained information through interviews, assisted in evaluating cases, obtained pre-suit medical records for bodily injury cases and working hand in hand with doctors, hospitals, and military services. My experience also includes but is not limited to staff training, drafting training manuals, testing new software, and providing feedback before the programs are rolled out to staff members.
