I once was awarded “Best Team Spirit” during a team building exercise because of my can do attitude and my friendly goofy personality at work. I am the type of person who firmly believes laughing daily is absolutely necessary. You can change someone’s life with one smile. When I say problems, I am talking about the ones that you were never trained how to solve. In these moments, I realized how resource I am. While working full time, going to school full time, and doing my internship, I didn’t have much time to take care of my responsibilities. I had to come up with ways to spend my time, energy and efforts wisely. It was then that I realized my love for efficiency. Which truly started, if I am being honest, While creating a paperless process for home health Intake and then rediscovered while over extending myself. Pulling together what resources you have available and creating the most effective and easiest steps to produce quality work is a passion in both my professional and personal life. I often get asked, “How did you do that so fast!?” My response, in a joking manner, “My secret talent.. I’ve never won a talent show though. Go figure.”
