I was apart of major decisions for instance, creating a hiring system, which was used in the process of bringing in new staff. I created a training timeline as well as a manual for new hires once we opened. I created employee folders to organize their personal information being I-9’s, health and liquor cards and different forms of I.D. I helped customers plan events for our private dining room and created a packet that helped focus their decisions so we could give them the desired party they were looking for. I used excel to make employee spread sheets; schedules and inventory to better organize back of the house material. I did pay roll as well as accounts payable and inventory. I put together a binder that calculated labor versus dollars in order to appropriately staff for each day. I went to different businesses around the area advertising our take out options and created discount programs that would help bring in more customers. I set up meetings with management via outlook to discuss new creative plans to bring in more guests and work with our PR team regarding advertising ideas.
