Comcast is a nationwide, award-winning provider offering cable, internet, cell phone, and home security services. I worked as an inbound account executive at Comcast for 13 years. During my time there, I achieved several accomplishments. I was the top account executive in the call center for 9 years, won the Platinum Club award 11 times, and became the salesperson of the month 34 times. Additionally, I managed the nesting program for new hires for 6 of my 13 years at Comcast. This program allows new employees to take calls in a low-pressure environment while being coached by a top salesperson in the call center for 6 weeks before joining their respective sales teams.

The Seattle Mariners is the Major League Baseball team in Seattle. They hired me to run their kiosk business outside of the stadium. In less than six months, I was promoted to general store manager of the largest volume full-size store outside of the stadium. My duties included hiring, training, coaching, ticket sales, retail sales, scheduling, inventory management, and yearly and monthly budgeting.
