My job at Grace Pacific includes many duties and responsibilities including:- I personally managed numerous construction projects totaling $65M a year- issuing RFPs and and quotes for private contractors- I worked closely with all military branches, federal/state/local government as well as private sectors- working with engineers on the materials needed for individual projects- obtaining orders- setting up new customers- resolving invoice issues- preparing CRM reports and product reports (including cost and margins)The goals I met each week also involve finding new prospective clients and meeting sales (quantity) goals set forth by upper management. I personally was tasked with setting up our new Customer Relationship Management software (Cosentials), this included working with IT and the CRM software company on customization, training the team on how to use the software as well as our VISTA construction software management. Owner and manager for a multi unit apartment complex, this includes scheduling regular maintenance and keeping the complex at full occupancy. Since the complex was inside the city this also meant I had to make sure I was complying with all city and county regulations at all times. Owning this complex taught me so much about the behind the scenes of not only owning but what it takes to manage a building and company like this.
