With work experience in various roles, I am a versatile and adaptable professional with a passion for Human Resources and Administration. I currently lead and manage the day-to-day operations for the administration and human resources team at Arbeit, a software company that provides communication solutions. I am driven by the mission of creating a company culture that demonstrates our vision and values, and that fosters a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment for our team members and clients.As the Director of Administration & Human Resources, I oversee and implement processes and procedures related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training, development, billing, and administrative functions. I am also responsible for the Admin team's OKR's and metrics, as well as the quarterly performance reviews and bi-annual raises. In addition, I leverage my skills and experience in office administration to promote our brand, engage our audience, and communicate our value proposition.
