STUDENT REGISTRATION: Worked and in hand with school director to enroll students into the online portal. It was my duty to go over all enrollment paper work to ensure there was no missing information this was conducted with 100% accuracy. ▪ STUDENT ATTENDENCE: Manage school attendance of 125 students, ensuring daily accountability and follow up calls. If students were out sick I quickly took action to notify the school officials’ and print up appropriate letters to be sent home if needed to all over parents.▪ ACADEMIC RECORDS MAINTAINENCE: Manage paperwork, organize files, and provide general support while performing daily responsibilities. Successfully handled tuition payments with zero errors utilizing a 10-key calculator and card reader. ▪ DATA ENTRY AND RETRIEVAL: Successfully inputted student and employee data into the schools online system without error. Keeping the system update with all employee and student files ensuring that there were never any overdue updates.▪ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT: seamlessly stepped into the director’s role during her maternity leave and managed all directorial responsibilities in her absence.
