Offer technical support for technology. Oversee and coach over 40 teachers, teacher assistants and students in grades K-4th. Provide goals and objectives for our professional learning community (PLC) and work on data informed decision making at our weekly team meetings. Work with teachers on curriculum development, instructional design and review and also how to implement/infuse technology into their classrooms. Using positive behavior intervention strategies (PBIS), work with students that require assistance in their decision making and developing their social emotional learning (SEL) skills. Prepare training tools and aides for all new software,--Seesaw, FACTS, Zoom, and any online curriculum tools. Design and deploy website material, social media pages, marketing pieces and curator of the website.

Worked as IT & Help Desk support for all technology needs in the school. This includes but is not limited to: building/repairing computers, fixing and installing printers/programs, etc. Troubleshooting internet and connection errors. Created online and in-person professional development courses and opportunities for teachers. These courses included Microsoft tools, PowerSchool, FACTS, Zoom, Seesaw, ClearTouch screens, Snowflake for the ClearTouch screens and iOS apps utilized in the classroom. Collaborated with teachers to integrate technology into their lesson plans and helped them move towards a paperless classroom.

Created an environment that taught students to be creative, work collaboratively, think critically, and embrace science, technology, engineering, art and math(STEAM) in a technology driven classroom. Taught students how to use Revit, TinkerCAD and basic coding. Created all curriculum taught including three elective courses: architectural design, mindful meditation and makerspace.

Created opportunities for students and the community to innovate, collaborate, think critically, be creative and work to become entrepreneurs. With access to electronics, technology, and cutting-edge technology, the community and the students of Creighton Prep were prepared to become the innovators of tomorrow. Worked with teachers in all content areas to infuse and create cross curricular connections with technology, innovation and their curriculum. Several schools toured the space to discuss what decisions were made, budgeting and tool choices to springboard their lab. Created and developed a CAD, Coding, Circuitry class (CCC) and Robotics Design I and II for students to take an elective during their time at the school. Overseen a million dollar budget for the project and laid the foundation for future growth and phases for the future of the lab.

Overseen 300 students from across the metro taking courses to remediate course grades. Developed an enrichment program to allow students academic offerings to grow their passion and interest, in addition to creating opportunities to get ahead in math or free up their schedule to take other courses. Overseen discipline, parent communication and report cards.

Rebranded and designed the Fine Arts Department into the Design Technology Department. Provided leadership toward achieving the highest possible level of excellence in teaching guided by the mission of the school. Responsible for leadership in developing the department's academic programs which included: band, choir, media productions, computer programming, fine arts, technology and architecture. Collaboration with nine teachers within the department and recruiting students to be apart of an incredible department. Worked to develop and create additional courses to build a vision for the art and design program. Added AP courses, media technology and expanded the coding and robotics opportunities for course selection.

Defined a vision for the architectural and art offerings for students. Within the vision, created a graphics design course—Art and Graphics to offer students a way to express their creativity through the use of digital art. This then led to Art and Graphics II and Independent Study. Students were taught the Adobe Creative Suite. Students had their work entered into the Scholastic Art & Writing competition. For the architectural program's growth, created an architecture I, II and independent study course for students with an interest in design, learning more about their environment and teaching them modern day programs used at the college and professional level. Students had a fluent understanding of how to navigate Revit, use design thinking and also 3D print. Students also entered their projects in Scholastic Art & Writing competitions as well as Society of Military Engineers (SAME) competitions. Developed a robotic design course and club that allowed students the exposure to engineering, from building, to programming. Students would also compete in VEX competitions. •Developed an Architecture Club that competed in the Society of Military Engineers Student Mentoring Yearly Competition (https://sites.google.com/site/samesmp/)•Students earned over 500 awards in the areas of architecture, graphic arts, mixed media and photography under my teaching and guidance. One student received an American Visions Award (National recognition for their work) from the Scholastic Art and Writing competition, which is the highest award given in this competition.
