In this capacity, I deliver hands-on leadership to six direct and 300 indirect reports in all aspects of state-mandated, placement, and literacy testing. I extract data for 300 students and 40 teachers, create user-friendly spreadsheets to update student scores, and enter data into state vendors' websites to generate reports. I direct 30+ site coordinators across 25+ sites for statewide testing of 1500+ students. I lead all facets of 150 worker recruitment, including conducting interviews, performing background checks, and selecting suitable candidates.
