As VP of Equity & Early Childhood Programs, I manage the development of long-range and annual diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies in partnership with leadership across our organization and implement processes, programs, policies, and communications to meet those goals. In addition, I provide leadership and overall management of all government contracts providing early childhood professional development and financial support to early childhood programs and families in the Greater Twin Cities Metro.

In addition, I provide leadership and overall management of our Quality Coaching, Capacity Building, Professional Development, and Outreach & Engagement teams who supports licensed early childhood educators and individuals working towards licensure and Parent Aware rating in the Greater Twin Cities 7-County Metro.
