Pivotal in managing and enhancing the recruitment processes for entry-level positions. Assisted in executing the ABS rotational program designed to expose new hires to various departments within the organization, with a cohort of 25 students per program. My responsibilities included coordinating college recruiting events, marketing, collaborating with academic institutions, engagement strategies and fostering relationships with emerging talent. Additionally, I facilitated onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless transition and broad exposure for new hires entering our organization. My focus was on the individual development and integration of each participant in the program.

Created a Diversity & Inclusion recruiting events strategy, including formulating diversity event qualification criteria, policies, staff responsibilities, vendor selection, procedures, social media content and ROI reporting processes. As a result, I successfully planned 3 diversity events by cultivating secured partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, Legal, VP’s, Marketing, and Communications), resulting in increased brand awareness, network connections, partnerships formations and candidate interviews for underrepresented groups in the United States, Spain and India.I sourced, negotiated and secured diversity partnerships with organizations such as Blavity, Grace Hopper and JobsForHer and collaborated on projects and events to address inequality in the workforce.Orchestrated collaboration with the in-house Marketing and Communications team to draft internal/external messaging, event graphics, advertisements and social media posts that promoted Eventbrite’s Talent Acquisition efforts.

I partnered with HR Manager to develop programs and processes to improve overall employee and candidate experience. I identified top candidates, posted requisitions, conducted pre-screenings, coordinated interviews, managed ATS, performed reference checks and assigned hiring assessments.

In this high-volume fast-paced recruiting environment, I took the initiative to build positive and productive relationships in the workplace by serving as the sole recruiting coordinator for a team of 12 recruiters. I scheduled 500 complex interviews in a 10-month span for RPO via Google Suite, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Utilized LinkedIn Recruiter to strategically source top talent & deliver quality candidates to hiring managers. Posted job requisitions, conducted pre-screenings, coordinated interviews, performed reference checks and assigned hiring assessments via Bullhorn, BambooHR and Workday.

I executed accounting tasks such as accurate and timely processing invoices totaling $1M+ per month, match and batch codes, resolved A/P issues, processed expense reports, processed checks and P-Card reconciliation. Assisted with the development and execution of key operational risk management activities, including, loss event analysis and reporting, operational control analysis, segregation of duties review, logical access roles development and data privacy analysis.
