My goal is to live in the present and engage human to human with others. My belief is that we are all part of One Story from before the beginning of time and our continuing story involves 'being with' other people as they live out their piece of the Story. We were not intended to live our journeys alone, but 'with others'. As we share who we are with each other, we move together in our journeys of spiritual discovery and formation.My focus is to honor all the parts of who we are as humans—heart, soul, mind and body. In order to be fully human and find Wholeness all these parts need to be aligned.
