As the Director of Learning and Development at Project Homeless Connect, I bring over 15 years of diverse experience across real estate, nonprofit leadership, and business development to my role. My focus is on fostering growth through empathy-driven, relationship-based coaching and training, both within PHC and in the wider community.I am also the founder of Joyful Consulting, a business dedicated to working with nonprofit leaders, small business owners, and professionals seeking transformation in their personal or professional lives. Joyful Consulting allows me to expand my impact by helping individuals and teams achieve better work-life balance, improved leadership, and meaningful growth. This consulting work complements my role at PHC, furthering my mission to inspire change and build stronger, more resilient leaders.An Oregon native, I am passionate about community involvement and am always exploring new ways to make a positive impact. I believe in living life wholeheartedly—traveling, engaging in new experiences, and spending quality time with my family.
