    Effective July 2017, I became the president of this condo association. The Association consists of 400 units in twenty-five (25) buildings. As a Board Member, decisions are made in the best interest of the Association members and property while overseeing an annual budget of $1M+. Mediation of problems between residents can be challenging. When the Board Secretary, the Board Meeting minutes for the Association were my responsibility as well. In addition, I am a member of the Web Committee.
