In this role, I enhance project accuracy by updating clinical and non-clinical equipment and furnishings items in the typical equipment list (TEL) with all relevant Furniture and Equipment (F&E) details. As a key contributor, I conduct product-specific research, generate new technical data sheets, and deliver findings for review by the Healthcare Equipment Planner (HEP) and Healthcare Furnishings Planner (HFP).I collaborate closely with HEP and HFP to finalize and validate the install responsibility report before posting it to the AHS / INFRA SharePoint site. Also, I maintain accurate inventory management by diligently tracking all relevant data on an inventory spreadsheet. Moreover, enable timely communication of project progress by delivering weekly verbal updates to the Project Team Lead, HEP, and HFP.
