I am designing interactive eLearning to educate women and healthcare providers on gaps and inequities in women's healthcare services, holistic approaches, treatment options, and self-advocacy. Additionally, I consult on LMS selection, project management, and e-learning development processes. I designed and produced engaging, culturally sensitive videos that explain how to advocate for equity-centered policy change. I also provided instructional design expertise and prototyped web page design.

I lead the Learning Trends and Innovations SIG, researching topics and engaging speakers, currently with a focus on AI-enabled technologies, interactive 3D learning, AR/VR applications, and workforce transformation.

I managed the development of ELM learning projects and cross-functional teams that were accountable for the overall program lifecycle. I was responsible for client communication and coordinating internal resources to create learning programs. I reported on the progress of operational elements of each program, ensuring they met internal targets and deliverables.

I directed digital learning development at SAS, leading a high-performing team of instructional designers and e-learning developers, reaching over 400,000 learners in three years. In 2022, our e-learning revenue was over $6.5 million. Our reach increased by 13% from 2021 to 2022, and numbers rose again in 2023. In 2022, SAS Education awarded 64,000 course completion badges, and SAS learners completed 11,000 certifications. We developed award-winning, accessible e-learning that applies universal design principles to highly technical content, empowers SAS learners, enables customer success, supports certification, and ensures the best possible learning experience on internal (Moodle) and third-party platforms (Coursera and LinkedIn). We partnered with SMEs to design e-learning, instructor-led, and blended training on SAS programming, SAS solutions, statistics, advanced analytics, SAS BI, SaaS cloud products, data literacy, technical communication, and data science.I successfully managed >150 content development, update, and translation projects, including planning, resourcing, reporting, and overseeing external author and vendor relationships. This included a high-visibility $255,000 project to translate the Statistical Thinking for Industrial Problem Solving e-learning courses into Chinese, Japanese, and Korean (on time and under budget).I collaborated across teams to make strategic learner-centric improvements to our content and to streamline our development and project management processes, including: o Single-source course development, reducing handoffs and eliminating editing and production rework o Shorter, more focused content with better-crafted scenarios and practices o E-learning content localization using machine translation o AI text-to-speech for video voiceover o Improved content accessibility

I authored and produced four of the top ten SAS Studio Tutorials (121,340 unique views as of 4 July 2015), including the number one video, Getting Started with SAS Studio, and developed and documented tutorial standards.I prototyped, developed, and produced targeted videos on SAS products to provide just-in-time product knowledge for customers, launching SAS Education into a new digital learning space. I managed e-learning development projects, leading teams of instructional designers, developers, subject matter experts, and quality assurance staff to produce e-courses on SAS programming and statistics.I researched and implemented assessment tools for customer self-assessments and blended training and developed, documented, and implemented tutorial standards and best practices for modular content.

I spearheaded Business Change Management globally to upgrade GSK’s LMS, myLearning, which serves 150,000 learners globally, including R&D, Manufacturing and Supply, Corporate, and Sales and Operations divisions. I facilitated the myLearning Customer Advisory Board, set e-learning standards, and advised internal customers on rapid e-learning tools. I also held an international forum on e-learning best practices and designed an e-learning certification module for myLearning training coordinators. I project managed the upgrade of myLearning Reports, an ASP.NET app developed on time and within budget.

I managed all aspects of client engagements, including client relationships, vendor management, project planning and design of learning solutions to meet client needs (including self-paced e-learning, virtual and classroom-based instructor-led training, blended learning).

I managed cross-functional, LMS adoption projects globally, enabling internal GSK customers to define their business requirements and implement GSK’s global LMS, myLearning. I provided functional information, change management, and project planning, planned HR data clean-up and training data migration, and led project kick-off, review, and closeout meetings.

I consulted with R&D teams to design and deliver high-quality instructor-led training and e-learning. I sourced, trained, and managed internal and vendor-provided trainers, managed the budget, measured training effectiveness, and provided communications and business change management support.

I provided expert technical knowledge; rewrote and redesigned the Apex Framework, GlaxoSmithKline’s online performance support tool for IT project managers.

I managed a global multi-million dollar project management training program for GSK IT professionals, leading an international team of instructors and training coordinators. I authored and maintained project and change management courses and delivered training internationally. I also project managed the design and development of a new website.
