And while this doing of “good” is actually for good, moreover, it is proven to simultaneously enhance our client’s reputation, increase customer loyalty and attract and retain quality talent. The primary responsibility of a CSR Specialist is to oversee the strategy, creation, direction and implementation of an organization’s social impact objectives.
