I am a graduate of Northern Illinois University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. Currently, I am actively pursuing a post-professional Master of Science program with a focus in Athletic Training at Illinois State University. With three years of experience as a certified athletic trainer, encompassing secondary and collegiate sports as well as tactical medicine, I bring substantial knowledge and expertise to the table. Currently, I serve as a dual-role graduate assistant athletic trainer, refining my organizational and time management skills by working simultaneously in an on-campus Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Therapy Clinic and with the University ROTC program. My diverse experience involves developing rehabilitation programs, assisting in specialized pre- and post-operative care, collaborating on practice preparations and therapeutic modalities. I have a unique background as a licensed massage therapist which has deepened my understanding of the human body, enabling me to offer proactive and effective care while prioritizing athletes' overall well-being. I am enthusiastic about delivering high-quality care and am ready to transition into a new position upon my graduation in May 2024.
