Built and managed high performing Talent Acquisition teams supporting both client facing groups and the corporate core of Booz Allen. Developed and executed innovative low cost per hire talent acquisition strategies for client facing Digital teams and the following corporate teams: Information Services, Cyber Security Operations, Finance, People Services, Business Services, Business Development, Marketing & Communications, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Quality, and Security Services groups. Created and managed a highly successful corporate Summer Intern program that yielded a high conversion rate to Full Time Hires. Personally conducted successful high profile searches including those at the Senior Manager executive level.

As a consultant through Pontoon, developed and executed talent acquisition strategies using extensive and creative sourcing methods to identify and capture a wide variety of highly specialized (and very difficult to find) cyber, IT, scientific and healthcare candidates across the U.S. and abroad, for domestic and overseas positions for major organizations including DoD contract services firms and large non-profit organizations. Performed full life cycle high volume corporate recruiting for job sites nationwide while working virtually. Provided consulting services to Booz, Allen, Hamilton from April 2014 to December 2015.

Co-founder and Managing Partner. Played a key role in the concept development and creation of this business start-up. Provided interview coaching to individuals while supervising the creation and delivery of resumes through an online medium. Partnered with colleges and universities as a supplemental services provider to give students and graduates an exclusive competitive edge in their job hunting.

Served as Strategic Business Partner to organizations nationwide on a broad range of recruiting consulting assignments. Performed candidate sourcing, candidate pool research, and full life-cycle recruiting functions on a project basis for clients in a wide variety of industries.

As Division President of the Human Resources division for Kforce (formerly RomacHR), successfully developed and rolled out the Contract Recruiting/Human Resources services national business model in six months, meeting very aggressive revenue goals. Created and managed a national team in seven regional offices providing contract HR/Recruiting services, while serving on Kforce senior executive team. Prior to Kforce's 1998 purchase of CRE, Inc., co-founded the Mid-Atlantic region's pioneer provider of contract Recruiting/Human Resources services, focusing on Experienced Hire as well as College Recruiting/Campus Relations programs.
