I started with GrowthSource after over 10 years with American Express Financial Advisors (now known as Ameriprise). Having over 20 years in a variety of management and leadership roles with several finance and retail organizations, I wanted to spend the remainder of my career doing what I do best; helping organizations to grow for the future, one person at a time.2002 and 2003 were spent developing our MENTOR Management Development Process. Since 2003, much of my time has been spent assisting Dan Ellis in implementing the MENTOR Process and continuing to refine it based on new research, insight and - most importantly - input from the managers and leaders that have experienced MENTOR.

Assisted the SVP in executing initiatives designed to support the people and business processes within the Technologies Divsions of AEFA. Initiatives included internal and ongoing strategic planning and related internal communication requirements, measurement processes for migrating local contractor support to outsourced relationships, reorganization of VP level positions, liaison rolls with HR, finance, and line management regarding key initiaitves.

Lead a team of 15 account specialists and 5 underwriters for the Northeast region.

Lead a mutual funds call center.
