In Sight Consulting Group provides consulting services and interim staffing to drive impact, innovation and growth for nonprofits, early-stage businesses and philanthropies. With a special focus on the education and technology space, I work to apply methods, approaches and practices from my private sector experience in product development, marketing and sales, and operational improvement to the nonprofit sector. All the while, working with my clients to determine what's IN SIGHT for their organization and their mission.

Evanston/Skokie D65 is responsible for serving the prek-8th grade educational needs of more than 7,800 students and their families. With over 1,500 staff and 18 school buildings this district provides infant care through preparation for Evanston Township High School, college and beyond. I have served as Finance Chair, providing guidance and oversight for our $150M annual operating budget for four of six years on the Board. Served as Board President during financial crisis culminating in a successful referendum campaign with more than 80% of voters saying yes to protect our schools.

Democratic candidate for state house of representative in the 17th district. Ran an excellent first-time campaign, coming within 300 votes of the party-backed candidate in a five way race. Led the conversation regarding the importance of education, workforce development, and critical government reform to repair our economy and make systems fair for working families.

Provided interim staff support and leadership for the Kellogg Part-time Admissions team. Served in advisory capacity to Kellogg's large scale initiative to improve and automate the admissions process across programs and platforms. Provided ongoing staff augmentation support to drive technology and process improvements leading to improved recruitment of quality candidates for the part-time admissions and executive MBA programs.

In Sight Consulting Group has served the Network of Executive Women (NEW), a leading voice for women leaders in CPG and Retail, over the past year on several projects including:We conducted a competitive and partner landscape analysis to fuel NEW's strategic planning effortWe provided growth platform design and team facilitation support as NEW built out its major priorities and initiatives for the "NEW 2020" long range planning effortWe provided project management and vendor selection support for NEW's technology and infrastructure assessment.

Developed a business plan in conjunction with Executive Director to relaunch the Family Business Network in a new growth direction.

Worked with the AMA in a product strategy and definition capacity for several months, in their business services group, related to a new set of offerings to physician offices. The product launch began on a limited basis in Michigan and will be continued as the user and customer base increases.

I served as Interim head of Sales and Marketing for Executive Education at Loyola University Chicago. We deliver a series of open enrollment course on management topics, and also develop custom education and training programs for companies and organizations.

I was responsible for building a long-term product vision and strategy for Lexis Nexis Interface Software's CRM and relationship management applications targeted at the professional services markets.Provided full lifecycle management for InterAction CRM product software suite and data services solutions

Identified, secured and managed strategic business partnerships to drive traffic, content and revenue for online consumer savings destination.
