Worked in the cockpit area of T-38 supersonic jet trainer in a modernization project as senior design engineer. Solely responsible from all conceptual, detail and assembly designs of aircraft structures to install Head Up Display(HUD) equipment to the aircraft and some other equipment installation designs. Solely responsible from composite design of shroud in the front cockpit. All design responsibilites succesfully completed.

Worked in a helicopter modification project as a design engineer. Used NX and Teamcenter environment. After succesful completion of that project, worked in structural integrity section using PATRAN, NASTRAN and CATIA. Developed some tools using C# for structural analysis purposes. Develop some methods for geometry preparation and topology optimization. After September 2008 worked in the cockpit area of T-38 supersonic jet trainer in a modernization project as a design engineer.

Responsible for setting up 5X Abrasive Water Jet(AWJ) system and programming of more than 60 AWJ NC programs, teaching 5X AWJ NC programming techniques. Leader of ten technicians. Also responsible for laser projectors, ply cutter and core cutting machine and related software issues.No scraps or accidents in any of the NC programs.

Preparation of more than 90 NC programs(3X and 5X) of aircraft parts & tools using UG CAD/CAM and verification with Vericut 5.4 software. No scraps or accidents in any of the NC programs. Manufactured parts for Airbus, Boeing, Sikorsky, CASA platforms.
