• Create and manage five departmental budgets ranging from $100K - $5MM. Provide expense analysis and tracking of funding sources to ensure that expenditures are within forecasted budget and compliant to NUL protocol. • Manage partner relationships with corporate clients and external vendors to ensure the requirements of the partnership, verification of marketing materials and communications are compliant with branding of all parties. • Develop objectives with partners to ensure National Urban League’s goals are infused in a coordinated effort to completing successful projects in a timely and effective manner. Gate keeper responsibility of projects origination to completion. • Manage distribution of National Urban League’s Marketing messages (i.e. Press Releases, Corporate Initiatives) via Salsa Labs. • Assist Marketing & Communications team with strategizing the marketing plans, execution of marketing shows and events in various cities. Also with public relations, client communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans (i.e. – Annual Conference, Essence, Jobs Rebuild America Summit, Our Vote Matters Bus Tour, etc.)• Perform administrative duties such as: manage complex calendar, coordinate extensive travel domestic and international for the department’s Senior Vice President and for the team.
