The former general manager of Glockner Insurance and previous co-owner of Specialized Consulting Management Associates (SCMA) a transportation consulting firm. I have spent majority of my career focused in the transportation industry assisting new start-ups to seasoned companies with a variation of industry needs including audits.I am excited about this new opportunity. Jackson Dieken & Associates was founded in 1990 & is located 20 minutes from Downtown Cleveland, in Westlake, Ohio. With 25+ employees, all with a variety of expertise & skill sets, we are sure to have someone who can help with your insurance needs, be they commercial, personal, life or group benefits. Our commercial clients range the spectrum from large manufacturers, professional sports teams, real estate risks & contractors down to small retail. We also have a transportation department focusing solely on trucking, as well as a surety department. We pride ourselves on customer service & providing our clients with the service they deserve.
