I am working as a Project Engineer / LE in CLIO5 and CAPTUR vehicles within the body of Segula Technology in the R&D department of Oyak Renault Automobile Factory. * I am responsible for if the economy studies on Catia (welding points, tickness reduction, etc.) in the vehicle's data on a project basis are made or not, made if the supply of the part is outsourced based on the changes are made, following and synthesizing all changes are made on the sub-platform of BJA (Clio) and HJB (Capture)… Show more I am working as a Project Engineer / LE in CLIO5 and CAPTUR vehicles within the body of Segula Technology in the R&D department of Oyak Renault Automobile Factory. * I am responsible for if the economy studies on Catia (welding points, tickness reduction, etc.) in the vehicle's data on a project basis are made or not, made if the supply of the part is outsourced based on the changes are made, following and synthesizing all changes are made on the sub-platform of BJA (Clio) and HJB (Capture) tools, checking the implementation of the studies made at the end of the sampling studies, and the correction of incoming remarks by following the signatures of the plans of the changes are made.*I check the preparation of presentations of eco studies and presentation of comodif (part approval process presentation). I follow and control the designs of the works that pass through the commodif. I make a coordinated relationship with suppliers by producing technical syntheses of changes made in parts of foreign suppliers.* I ensure the smooth running of projects, in the PSW Signature process after F4 (bid) approval. I prepare and synthesize technical documentation (imds, 2D, 3D etc.) and apply them. I open the supplier plans for signature to the senior management and necessary units based on the business requests created. I am responsible for collecting the data in a single 3D data and making the desired modifications and analysis. *Step - Cat downloading (2D&3D) part data - L-P on the vehicle 3D model (3D full data) according to the changes made to the vehicles (replacement of the renewed part with the oldone) link building, making the desired changes on Renault plans and correcting the details on the plan are among my duties.
