Created a dynamic model that quantified the financial impact and health impact that Sera's products might have on the prenatal space. This model was used to educate providers, payers, and investors. Additionally, test optimization was conducted with the model as the overlay of the effects that different specifications might yield. Furthermore, this market model was used externally with investors and market influencers to drive adoption and awareness of Sera's product and impact.

Headed a new venture within Cogent Works that developed a network of radiology providers and performed claim eligibility checks. In this capacity I headed the department and solidified the operational process to ensure the venture's longevity and success. Image Ally's core offering allowed radiology providers to reduce the number of unnecessary procedures performed by 40% thereby improving healthcare efficiencies and contributing to clinical operational improvements. Moreover, this value-add allowed responsible insurance companies to gain insight regarding patient and provider behavior. By identifying and delivering on the needs of the insurance companies as well as those of the healthcare providers, Image Ally was able to enter an untapped market in the auto insurance space.

Utilized data insight via Tableau and SQL reports to develop KPIs and identify operational gaps. These findings spurred a strategic shift that yielded an increased service level and reduced bad debt by 3 percentage points.Headed a team of 20 and instituted a wellness plan, bonus program, and different learning programs that expanded the employees knowledge and ability to grow within the organization. These initiatives improved the overall morale of the team and decreased employee turnover.

Working in Nepal as an intern as we develop sustainable businesses along rural villages in the Annapurna Region. These businesses were a part of a new home-stay tourism project headed by CHOICE and were developed by means of a basket fund which I helped develop. The basket fund operates similar to micro-financing, but is governed by community leaders and sustained by community resources.
