Provide exceptional customer service to clientele in all aspects of the Casino. Responsible for the daily operations of the players card program. Manage staff including Supervisors, Representatives, Event Staff, and Office Coordinator. Implementation of programs to increase accurate customer provided information in the database.Create Marketing promotions, giveaways, and events for patrons. Head patron events and promotions from the Casino floor for both slot and table patrons. Maintain inventory of promitional items. Including the orders through SWS for future promotions. Maintain full knowledge of promotions and events on property. Be a liaison for customers to the Marketing and Player Development Teams. Handle all customer concerns when on property. Having the ability to resolve issues effectively.Handle all of the front line hiring for the Marketing department. Handle all aspects of the customer surveys that pertain to the Capital Club. Maintain the Companywide incentive program. Conduct audits of Capital Club personnel on a monthly basis.
